Appointments
Appointments may be made in person, by telephone or using the internet.
Please make a separate appointment for each person. If you cannot attend, please cancel as soon as possible so that we can allocate the appointment time to someone else.
Urgent cases will be seen as soon as possible. Please be considerate if someone else needs to be given priority.
If you would like to use our internet booking service, please ask at reception for a registration form.
PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP AT THE SURGERY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.

Seeing The Doctor
Patients may see the doctor of their choice subject to availability. This may sometimes require you to travel to the other surgery in order to be seen sooner. On occasions a fully qualified and experienced locum GP may be in attendance.
Telephone Advice
Doctors are available for telephone advice after the morning surgery. The most likely available time is 11.30am to 12 noon. Please telephone 01451 820242 at Bourton and 01451 860247 at Northleach.
At other times they may be busy and interruptions during surgery are upsetting for both doctors and patients. For this reason, staff have been asked not to disturb consultations with non-urgent telephone calls.
Home Visits
We ask patients to visit the surgery whenever possible, as facilities here are far better for examination and treatment. If you feel too ill or frail to attend the surgery and a home visit is needed, we ask you, whenever possible, to telephone the surgery before 10.00am so that the Doctors can plan their visits efficiently. As the practice area is so large, it is not always possible for patients to choose which doctor will visit them. If you are unsure whether you need a visit or not, please ask the receptionist when it will be convenient to speak to your Doctor.
