You can order a repeat prescription by either;

• Placing a request in the box situated in the entrance.
• Posting or faxing to dispensary.
• Telephone
• Via the internet

Please allow 2 working days from ordering before collection

If you have a query about your prescription, or in cases of difficulty, please ring the dispensary on 01451 820242 at Bourton and 01451 860247 at Northleach.

Please telephone the dispensaries from 9.00am – 12.30pm and 1.30 pm until closing.
